Certain concepts, frameworks, and operational methodologies referenced on this site are supported by confidential and proprietary information that constitutes trade secrets of Teloris and that is not disclosed on this site. Describing them here for marketing purposes does not waive or diminish the trade secret status of that information, and does not authorize any visitor to use, disclose, or replicate it.
6. Third-Party Content
Any third-party trademarks, logos, or content appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as otherwise permitted by law.
7. Enforcement
Teloris monitors for unauthorized use of its Content and may pursue all available legal remedies against infringement, including takedown notices, cease-and-desist demands, and litigation for damages and injunctive relief.
